Founder: Cynthia Low
Cynthia Low is the founder of Dynamic and Serene Yoga Studio, a sanctuary for those seeking balance and inner peace through yoga. Born on May 18, 1986, in New Zealand to an Australian Chinese father and a New Zealand mother, Cynthia's upbringing in China and her diverse background have profoundly influenced her approach to yoga.
After graduating from the University of Sydney in 2009, Cynthia embarked on various entrepreneurial endeavors before investing in and establishing Dynamic and Serene Yoga Studio in 2018. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to yoga as a transformative practice.
Cynthia believes that yoga is more than physical exercise; it is a journey of self-discovery and inner growth. Her practice focuses on the idea that by shedding unnecessary burdens and embracing the present moment, individuals can achieve true freedom and stability. Cynthia's teaching style is characterized by a gentle yet profound approach, guiding students to connect deeply with their own bodies and minds.
